Learning Patience

" Learning Patience "

by Suzán Jiván

Learning patience
studied greatly
as a mainstay
in new pages
stipulating grace

Echoing the way
to spontaneous
awakenings
within the coursing veins
of multiple natures
like simultaneous
chaos and isolation
relayed as communicative states
staked as opposing claims
of " we " versus " you me "

A rather tricky task
languishing in abandonment
and despair in a haphazardly
long passage still huddled
all of a sudden
with irrepressible love

Coming into question
line the verdant freshness
of a clenched single stem drenched
with lugubrious duplicitousness
as societal tiers of like-mindedness

High ranking after ebbing
innocence and guilt
become resurgently emergent
as learned research...
