As a Glorious Wall

" As a Glorious Wall "

by Suzán Jiván

As a glorious wall
of water poured
all across
steps of cement
like commemorative
reflections streaming
in remembrance

Crosscurrents
given up
as younger
excerpts
exerting
volatility
in complex
connections
expressed
with an ultimately
inexplicable cringe

Hinting at joy
recalled
with longing
for discourse
in proportion
to a double door
being restored
all across
all of the corners

Like a minor sidebar
of something modest
with other parts
of the larger
compressed
with the memo
and motto:
" With Gravity and Heart "

In conversation
dedicated to making
embodiments
like homilies
sustained as panes...
