into organic farming

like hovering
bees and wasps
visiting blossoms 
well worth watching 
as well-maintained
strains of modernism 
from way down
on the farm...

as odder artifacts 
contemplating star power
both real and imagined 
like lossely applied patches 
for grampas in uncanny
moon landings 

by bobble-headed tchotchkes 
donning rain bonnets 
of melancholy for starlings 
sounding alarms 
over petrified logs
sitting atop polished marble
noisily congregating in flocks...
